Pilot program

Prove it on real work.

We are working with finance teams at industrial companies to test Quivv against real workflows, real data, and real business decisions.

Each pilot is designed around measurable outcomes. When a pilot concludes, we publish the results only with the customer’s validation and approval.

Until then, see exactly how our pilots work, what we measure, and what success looks like.

How a pilot runs

Eight weeks, your questions, your data.

  1. Week 0

    Scope

Agree three to five real business questions and how success will be measured. Take the baseline.

  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Connect

Connect the source systems and map the company’s own definitions, hierarchies and drivers.

  3. Weeks 3 to 7

    Use

The finance team uses Quivv on live questions. A weekly session with the founders to review and adjust.

  4. Week 8

    Read out

Results against the baseline, what worked, what did not, and a clear decision on next steps.

What we measure

Four numbers, before and after.

Every pilot takes the same baseline in its first week and measures again at readout. The numbers appear here once a partner approves them.

  • Measure 1: Time from question to trusted answer

Hours from a business question being asked to an answer finance is willing to sign.

    Measured in Hours

  • Measure 2: Analyst time spent on analysis

The share of the week spent thinking, rather than pulling and reconciling data.

Measured in % of the week

    Before · Week 0

  • Measure 3: Answers that tie to the ledger

The share of answers that reconcile to reported figures without manual fixes.

    Measured in % of answers

    Before · Week 0

    Taken at scoping

    After · Week 8

    Published with approval

  • Measure 4: Decisions informed

Business decisions taken during the pilot where a Quivv answer was part of the case.

    Measured in Decisions
